This was a weightloss blog. However, I'm changing my focus. I have realised I would rather be healthy&happy, than thin&miserable, and there is not a number on the scale which sums up "happy".
I'm going to exercise because it makes me happy, not to shed the pounds. And i'm going to eat better, because it makes me feel better.
Of course I want to be slim, but I am no longer going to let the number that shows on the scales define who I am, and whether I have a good or bad day.

Went for a swim yesterday with my friend. Did 30 lengths of breaststroke which wasn’t as much as last time, but i’m happy with it. Was totally checking out some cute guy in my lane as well :p

Less than 2 weeks until my birthday. Have made a pact with myself to have no cake, no crisps, no chocolate. Low carb. So this is my lunch :)
